Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Clifford Val Salvacion (ranked 23202 p4p, 23443 weight class) and Gakus Amiga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 42 - 97 - 7, fighting out of Las Vegas, Clifford Val Salvacion! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 60 - 75 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gakus Amiga! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and George Francis.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Amiga shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Salvacion as he jumps to the side. It appears Salvacion was looking to counter with a kick there. Salvacion misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Amiga drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Salvacion keeps Amiga under control for a moment. A lull in the action here. Salvacion is trying to control Amiga's posture but Amiga avoids it. Amiga takes a little break here. Salvacion wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Salvacion wants to control but Amiga postures up.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Salvacion defends well and Amiga ends up having to push Salvacion into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. And Salvacion counters with a quick kick to the body but Amiga blocks it.
Amiga drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Amiga distracts Salvacion with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Amiga is looking to work some ground and pound but Salvacion has wrist control. Salvacion pulls Amiga in close to prevent any damage.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Amiga slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Amiga loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Gakus Amiga dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Amiga has a takedown stuffed. Amiga shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Salvacion but Salvacion pushes him off and we're back to square one. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion looks for a takedown but Amiga sprawls well. And Amiga responds with a good body kick, but Salvacion manages to step out the way in time.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Nice sprawl there from Amiga as Salvacion shoots in.
Amiga closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Amiga lands in his opponent's guard. Amiga controls from within his opponent's guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Amiga trying to control but Salvacion is working from the bottom.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Amiga works a leg free and moves into half guard. Amiga takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Salvacion wants to control but Amiga is keeping busy and won't allow it.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Salvacion shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Amiga pushes Salvacion off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Amiga closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Amiga turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Salvacion throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Gakus Amiga showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!
No luck for Amiga with that takedown attempt. Salvacion went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Salvacion gets the takedown into side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Salvacion moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Amiga is trying to control Salvacion's posture but Salvacion avoids it. Salvacion just content to control the position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Gakus Amiga has got the better of the ground game so far.
 The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Salvacion closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Salvacion working away. Amiga tries to get back to half guard but can't. Salvacion takes a little break here. Amiga wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Amiga wants to control but Salvacion postures up.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Amiga is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Amiga is being controlled here. Clifford Val Salvacion has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Gakus Amiga is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Salvacion's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

And that's the end of the fight! Clifford Val Salvacion showed his dominance in that final round. I think Amiga has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
