Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Friendly Numbers!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Numbers gets caught flat footed, as Zolin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Zolin postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Zolin with a flurry of punches that miss.
Zolin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Zolin trying to stand up but can't free himself from Numbers's guard.
Numbers keeping full guard, as Zolin tries to pass.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zolin sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Numbers pulls Zolin in close to prevent any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Zolin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Numbers swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Zolin gets to his feet - Numbers follows without any prompting.
A good leg kick by Numbers.
Numbers tries to land a front kick but Zolin steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Zolin appears to be looking for a big counter.
Zolin blocks a head kick by Numbers.
Zolin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Zolin has hold of Numbers's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Numbers tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Zolin cranks the arm and Numbers screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Numbers, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Yevdokim Zolin!
