The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Grubbins fails with the takedown.

Hart escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Grubbins gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Hart working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because Grubbins has passed into half guard!
Hart tries to roll over but Grubbins keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hart moves into full guard.

Grubbins looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Hart tries to bench press Grubbins off him but Grubbins keeps the position.

Grubbins is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hart knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hart regains half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hart slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Hart has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Grubbins doesn't defend quickly enough and Hart has managed to lock this one up! Can Grubbins escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Hart on a fantastic submission victory.
