Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Reese (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle Reese has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kyle Reese!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dwayne Johnson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reese is looking to clinch.
Johnson fails with a takedown attempt.
Reese swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Reese feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Reese throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Reese will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Reese shoots in but Johnson avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Reese counters with a nice double leg into side control. Johnson won't be happy with that.
Johnson should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Reese is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Johnson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Johnson is trying to control Reese's posture but Reese avoids it.

Johnson is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Reese has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Reese wants to take a breather but Johnson manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Reese.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Johnson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Reese pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Johnson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Reese is controlling him.

Johnson throws his legs up looking for a submission but Reese uses it to pass to side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Reese has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

so Reese counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Johnson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Reese wants to control but Johnson is keeping busy.
Reese manages to get to full guard.
Reese is trying to keep Johnson in close.

Johnson stands and steps away. Reese gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Johnson drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Reese.

Johnson breaks from the clinch.

Johnson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Reese sprawls well initially but Johnson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Reese wants to get back to full guard.
Johnson works his way into full mount!
Reese is wriggling around trying to escape.

Reese wants to hold on but Johnson pushes him away.

Johnson doesn't have the hooks in and Reese manages to turn into his guard.

Kyle Reese overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Reese gets to his feet. Johnson looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Reese throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Johnson wants to improve his position but instead Reese has moved into half guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Johnson throws a leg kick but Reese sees it coming and moves out of range.

Johnson's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Despite being in the dominant position, Dwayne Johnson just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Johnson tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Johnson wants to get back to striking at distance but Reese won't allow it.

Johnson gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Reese not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Johnson takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Reese wants to lay and pray for a moment but Johnson keeps working.

Dwayne Johnson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Reese has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
