Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Luciano Pena!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adonis Maxwell!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Russell Pearce and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxwell shoots in and bounces Pena off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Pena might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Pena wants to sweep here but Maxwell controlling him for the moment.
Pena is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
We've been hearing that Pena has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Pena thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Maxwell's head.
Pena takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Maxwell tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Pena has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

It looks like Adonis Maxwell has been cut.

Maxwell is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
A nice elbow there by Pena.
That has opened up Adonis Maxwell's cut even more.
Maxwell is in a horrible position here. Pena smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
The cut above Adonis Maxwell's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Adonis Maxwell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
