Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Great Teradur (ranked 5294 p4p, 5014 weight class) and Jonathan Mcpherson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Great Teradur! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jonathan Mcpherson! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcpherson takes the fight into the clinch. Mcpherson is defending well against a takedown attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Mcpherson prevents the takedown attempt.
Teradur is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Great Teradur. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcpherson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mcpherson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Teradur is looking to counter with a body kick.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Teradur enables Mcpherson to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Teradur manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Mcpherson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Teradur is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Mcpherson is stalling in the full guard. Mcpherson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Mcpherson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Teradur is proving hard to escape from. Mcpherson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Mcpherson scores with a hook to the body. Teradur takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Mcpherson just leaning against Teradur, taking a breather. The crowd are getting on Mcpherson's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch. Mcpherson taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Mcpherson decides to pull guard. Teradur stays in close to Mcpherson's body and controls the position. Mcpherson is adopting a defensive guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Mcpherson is looking for a triangle but Teradur pushes his legs off easily.
Mcpherson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Teradur defends it easily.
Mcpherson pushes Teradur off and gets back to his feet.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Mcpherson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Teradur napping and manages to drive through into side control! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jonathan Mcpherson dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Mcpherson closes the distance and clinches. Mcpherson lands a damaging elbow. Mcpherson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Teradur blocks it with crossed arms.
Mcpherson turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mcpherson manages to end up in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mcpherson controlling the position. Teradur trying his best to control but Mcpherson has mounted him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcpherson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Teradur is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mcpherson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Mcpherson dominating with strikes here.  That's two minutes gone in the round. Teradur is working to get back to half guard.
Teradur tries to hold on but Mcpherson pushes him away. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcpherson looking to control and managing it successfully. Mcpherson with good strikes from the mount here! Mcpherson sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Mcpherson landing strikes, looking to finish!
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Teradur tries to hold on but Mcpherson postures up. Mcpherson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Mcpherson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Mcpherson fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Teradur is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Mcpherson controlling from mount. Mcpherson punishing his opponent with strikes.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Mcpherson lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
 Teradur is rocked! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Mcpherson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Oh Teradur is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Mcpherson is landing with some decent strikes but Teradur is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Mcpherson controlling from the full mount. Mcpherson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Teradur's face.

Jonathan Mcpherson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Teradur stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Teradur wants it to stay on the feet. Jonathan Mcpherson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mcpherson misses with a takedown attempt - Teradur sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. And Teradur counters with a quick kick to the body but Mcpherson blocks it. Mcpherson is looking to clinch but Teradur is avoiding it.
Teradur seems to have got his legs back now.

Mcpherson works over Teradur with some ground and pound from guard. Mcpherson landing with the ground and pound. Mcpherson engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Mcpherson wants to pass the guard but Teradur is keeping the position.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Mcpherson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Mcpherson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Teradur is keeping the position for now.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Mcpherson shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Teradur defends it nicely. Great Teradur has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jonathan Mcpherson. Teradur looks for a takedown but Mcpherson sprawls well.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mcpherson throws a low kick but Teradur avoids it. Teradur jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Mcpherson closes the distance and clinches. Teradur dodges an elbow strike from Mcpherson.
Mcpherson has picked Teradur up - he's going for a ride! Mcpherson dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Mcpherson performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Mcpherson decides to return to a standing position.

Mcpherson takes the fight into the clinch.
Mcpherson tightens his grip and picks Teradur up, before dumping him to the ground. Teradur manages to land in guard. Great Teradur has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Mcpherson tries to free his leg and advance position but Teradur is retaining full guard. Mcpherson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
And that's the end of the fight! Jonathan Mcpherson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mcpherson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
