Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Demuss (ranked 1962 p4p, 1755 weight class) and Zack Rize (ranked 216 p4p, 200 weight class). Demuss comes to the cage accompanied by Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck. The crowd seem to be enjoying Rize's choice of entrance music: Luke Combs - When It Rains It Pours. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jake Demuss!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Zack Rize!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rize throws a head kick but Demuss moves out of range.
Demuss looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Demuss is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Rize throws a head kick that Demuss semi-blocks.
It looks like Jake Demuss has been cut.
A low kick lands for Rize.
Rize fails with an attempt to clinch.
Demuss appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.
Rize scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Rize lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Rize will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rize throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Demuss fires out a quick counter leg kick but Rize just manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Rize connects with a body shot that sends Demuss's belly button to the back.
Rize throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Demuss is looking to counter the offense by Rize and move into the clinch.
Rize throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
It appears Demuss was looking to counter with a kick there.
Rize's corner calls for a 1-2. Rize obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Zack Rize seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Rize creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Rize misses with a hook from the clinch.
Demuss throws a knee to the head but misses.
Rize scores with a shoulder strike.
Rize pushes off an throws an elbow but Demuss leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

A right handed body shot lands from Rize.
Demuss is breathing heavily.

Rize throws an elbow but it misses.

Rize gets through Demuss's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Jake Demuss's cut is getting worse.
Rize lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Rize drops Demuss onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Demuss is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Demuss is rocked!
Rize has a couple of punches blocked by Demuss.
Oh Demuss is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rize lands with a right to the head.
Rize creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Demuss with a big uppercut! Demuss tries to clinch up but Rize pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Demuss to the mat! Demuss covers up and Rize unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Zack Rize!
Zack Rize decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
The defeated Jake Demuss had this to say: 'I will be back. Believe you me!'.
