Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jokke Hansseen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vonatletzin Askiban!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Askiban shoots in but no luck this time.
Hansseen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hansseen showed some decent athleticism there.
Hansseen wants to work for an arm triangle but Askiban is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Askiban is defending against the submission attempts here by Hansseen.
Hansseen is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Askiban wants to improve his position but Hansseen is controlling well.
Askiban makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Askiban.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Askiban not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Hansseen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Hansseen drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hansseen jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hansseen wants to pass the guard but Askiban is keeping the position.

Hansseen cracks Askiban with a solid left hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hansseen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Askiban swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Askiban shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hansseen decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Askiban's guard.
Hansseen advances position into side control!
Hansseen has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Askiban is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Hansseen yanks on the arm and Askiban is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Hansseen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Jokke Hansseen!
