Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Norman Jalisco (ranked 1299 p4p, 2284 weight class) and Anastasios Ioannidis (ranked 160 p4p, 252 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Norman Jalisco!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Anastasios Ioannidis!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ioannidis stuns Jalisco with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jalisco ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ioannidis moves away.
Ioannidis was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Ioannidis throws out a loose jab but Jalisco uses good head movement to avoid it.

A quick step to the side and Jalisco tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jalisco lands a big uppercut and Ioannidis crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Ioannidis looks OK. Jalisco waves Ioannidis back to his feet!

That has opened up Anastasios Ioannidis's cut even more.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Ioannidis in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
Jalisco is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Ioannidis flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Ioannidis is out cold! Jalisco holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

Norman Jalisco tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
