Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 67 - 70 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Agbay Amiga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 60 - 83 - 5, fighting out of Las Vegas, Richard John Salvacion!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Amiga dives in for a single leg takedown but Salvacion sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Salvacion is trying to counter with his kicks.
Amiga gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Salvacion.
Salvacion changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Amiga fights it off and pushes away nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Amiga shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Salvacion but Salvacion pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Salvacion follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.

Salvacion is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Amiga is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Amiga has escaped and now he's on top!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Salvacion tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Salvacion wants to control the position but Amiga says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Richard John Salvacion showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Amiga shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Salvacion counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Amiga thinking.

Richard John Salvacion comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Salvacion has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
