Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Anshul Jubli (ranked 2224 p4p, 3540 weight class) and Liam Dempsey (ranked 248 p4p, 360 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Anshul Jubli!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Liam Dempsey!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dempsey throws a poor cross that misses
and Dempsey takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Nice defenses there by Jubli.
Liam Dempsey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jubli looks to throw the jab but Dempsey is out of range.

Jubli throws an overhand right that lands on Dempsey's shoulder, as Dempsey tries to avoid the shot.

Dempsey throws a body punch but Jubli moves out of range.

It looked like Jubli was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Dempsey.
Dempsey clobbers Jubli with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Dempsey connects with a body shot that sends Jubli's belly button to the back.
Dempsey buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Dempsey throws out a powerful jab.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Dempsey lands a big uppercut and Jubli crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Jubli looks OK. Dempsey waves Jubli back to his feet!
Jubli is rocked!

Dempsey fakes the body blow, causing Jubli to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Jubli goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

During a confident post fight interview, Liam Dempsey thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
