Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leroy Dumas (ranked 3305 p4p, 3920 weight class) and Gideon Massey (ranked 336 p4p, 389 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Leroy Dumas!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Gideon Massey!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dumas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Massey counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dumas showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Massey.
A head kick misses from Dumas.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Dumas scores with a nice strike.
Massey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A little feinted left hand from Dumas on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Massey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Massey tries to move into range but Dumas moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Massey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Dumas staying out of range there.
Massey throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dumas counters with a crisp one two that drops Massey! Dumas thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Massey to his feet! Massey is in big trouble!
Massey is rocked!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Dumas throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Massey is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Leroy Dumas!
Our winner, Leroy Dumas, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
