Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luca Cabal!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Morgan Leighton!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabal walks into a stiff left hand from Leighton.
Leighton wants to clinch up but Cabal keeps it at a distance.
Cabal takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Cabal throws a series of punches but Leighton moves out of range.
Leighton cracks Cabal with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
It looks like Luca Cabal has been cut.
Cabal definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Cabal throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Leighton sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Cabal jabs at Leighton's body.
Leighton ducks right into an uppercut from Cabal.
It looks like Morgan Leighton has been cut.
Cabal uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Leighton fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cabal manages to avoid it.

Cabal rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Leighton moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

It looked like Cabal wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Leighton misses with a straight right.

Cabal takes a swing at Leighton's ribcage but misses.
Leighton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Leighton swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cabal.
Leighton paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Cabal is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Leighton circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Cabal tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Leighton wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Morgan Leighton!
