Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dalton Knocks (ranked 4092 p4p, 3340 weight class) and Jeff Jar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dalton Knocks! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jeff Jar! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Robert Twigg.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jar wants to land a leg kick but Knocks is out of range. Jar shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Knocks with a poor takedown
and Jar counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Jar with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Jar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Knocks keeps working. Jar thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jar has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jar wants to take a breather but Knocks is having none of it. Jar stalling. Knocks is looking for a sweep. Jar is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jar thows a huge punch but Knocks dodges it nicely.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Jar is trying to control the action in half guard but Knocks is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Jar lands a two punch combo.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Jar dives in for a single leg takedown but Knocks sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A low kick from Jar misses
and Knocks counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Jar kicks Knocks off and gets back to his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jar throws a one two combo.
Jar shoots in looking for a takedown but Knocks manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Dalton Knocks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jeff Jar. Knocks tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Jar counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Knocks is trying to get back to full guard. Jar wants to lay and pray for a moment but Knocks keeps working.
 That's three minutes gone in the round.
Jar is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Jar with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Jar misses with a head shot. Knocks uses the momentum to regain guard. Knocks not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jar looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Jar sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Knocks's guard. Knocks is not content to let Jar control the position. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Jar dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Knocks slaps away a takedown attempt from Jar, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Knocks is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Jar's half guard.
Knocks is working for an americana but Jar has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Knocks was thinking about the submission. Knocks trying to control the position from guard on top but Jar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jar is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Knocks has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Jar is wriggling around but Knocks manages to pass to half guard.
Jar gets back to full guard.
Jar has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Knocks should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Jar has tightened it up now! Knocks should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jeff Jar! After winning the bout, Jeff Jar thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
