The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hambry fails with the takedown.
Oooh a lovely combination from Hambry sends Garibaldi down but not out. Hambry dives into side control looking to finish.
Garibaldi is rocked!
Hambry decides to stand up, so the ref orders Garibaldi to his feet.
Garibaldi is still on wobbly legs! Can Hambry finish him?
Hambry closes this distance looking for a takedown but Garibaldi circles away.
Hambry moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hambry closes the distance and clinches up with Garibaldi, looking for a takedown. Hambry pushes Garibaldi against the cage but Garibaldi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Viktor Hambry. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Hambry throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Garibaldi crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
