Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, JJ King!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 153 - 3, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mmm Mmm!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
King misses the shot to the body.
Mmm follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Mmm ducks under a wild hook from King.
Mmm replies with a solid counter kick to the body but King blocks it well.
King manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mmm on his heels. He'll look to pass Mmm's guard now, I'm sure.
King throws a big right hand that misses.
Mmm really doesn't want to stay on the ground with King. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
King postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
King in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
King tries to free his leg and advance position but Mmm is retaining full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
King scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
King stands and throws Mmm's legs to the side, diving into side control.
King looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Mmm is avoiding damage well.

King postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
King looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.

Mmm is working to avoid the ground and pound but King connects with a decent elbow.
Mmm dodges the ground and pound from King.
King lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mmm down.
King tries for a kimura but Mmm is defending well.

King scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Mmm to see if he's OK.
King looks up at the clock and then as Mmm takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, King smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

King cracks Mmm with a big right hand but Mmm just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

King postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Mmm looks a forlorn figure.
Mmm is rocked!
King cracks Mmm with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
