Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Way Nada (ranked 23453 p4p, 23519 weight class) and Dawindi Buktot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Way Nada is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 72 - 71 - 6, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 55 - 85 - 8, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dawindi Buktot! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Buktot will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Nada jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Nada dives in and grabs Buktot's left leg, looking for a takedown. Buktot pushes down on Nada's head and hops out. Nada sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Buktot shoots in and bounces Nada off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada pulls Buktot in to control the position.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Nada is trying to control the position but Buktot postures up. Buktot slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Nada holds on and takes a little breather. Buktot looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Nada controlling Buktot's posture.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Buktot controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nada shoots in looking for a takedown but Buktot manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nada's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. A nice side step and Buktot releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nada. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Way Nada. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown attempt by Nada or perhaps it was just good defense by Buktot, which made it look bad. Buktot looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. Nada throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Buktot steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Buktot closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Nada wants to control but Buktot postures up. Nada seems a little lost for a moment, as Buktot dominates the positioning. Nada is trying to control Buktot's posture but Buktot avoids it. Who's going to make the next move? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nada is trying to control Buktot's posture but Buktot avoids it. Dawindi Buktot dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Nada shoots in for a takedown but Buktot shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Buktot thinks about the counter body kick. Nada tries to clinch but Buktot is having none of it. Buktot looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nada is fending him off so far but Buktot persists. Nope, Nada circles away and we're back to standing. Buktot leaves Nada with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.  That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Buktot is controlling the pace.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Nada misses with a takedown attempt - Buktot sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Nada gets caught napping as Buktot dives in and scores a takedown. Nada manages to retain guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Nada trying to control the position.

 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nada has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. This is a sustained period of stalling by Nada. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Way Nada has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dawindi Buktot is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

And that's the end of the fight! Dawindi Buktot comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Buktot has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
