And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mamute Congelado!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Congelado misses with a takedown attempt
and Combs counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Combs.
Congelado tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Combs just stands there and leans against the cage.
Combs breaks the clinch.
Combs lands with a nice combination. Congelado backs away looking to recover.
Combs drives through and clinches with Congelado against the cage.
Combs breaks the clinch.
Combs shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Combs showed some decent athleticism there.
Congelado wants to control but Combs is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Combs content to control rather than advance.
Combs missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Congelado trying to hold on to Combs's head to control him but Combs postures up.
Congelado is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Combs slows the pace down in half guard.
Combs is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Combs not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Congelado trying to control the position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Combs pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

After the fight, Mamute Congelado was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
