Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Lindson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lindson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kane swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lindson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Lindson doesn't manage to clinch there - Kane circles away.
Kane misses with a few strikes there.

Kane connects with a solid leg kick.
Kane bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lindson's head.

It looks like Michael Lindson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Kane closes the distance and clinches.

Kane pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kane cracks a nice hook into Lindson's ribs.

Kane darts in and clinches Lindson up against the cage.

Kane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kane lands with a big right hook that stumbles Lindson - he's out on his feet here! Kane follows up with another monster hook that separates Lindson from consciousness! Lindson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Kane stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
