Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Doric Dienekes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 42 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mustafa Erdogan!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Erdogan lands a nice looking body kick.
Erdogan jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dienekes moves out of range as Erdogan strikes.
Dienekes half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Oooooh!!! Erdogan has knocked Dienekes down with a huge combo! Erdogan steps away and waves a wobbly Dienekes back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Dienekes is rocked!
It looks like Doric Dienekes has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dienekes fails with the takedown.
Oh Dienekes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mustafa Erdogan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dienekes throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Erdogan's waist but Erdogan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dienekes off to one side.
Erdogan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dienekes seems to have got his legs back now.

and Erdogan counters with a big right hand! Oh Dienekes is in trouble here! Erdogan follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Mustafa Erdogan was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
