Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yoni Megaladon (ranked 311 p4p, 604 weight class) and Alexev Savinov (ranked 46 p4p, 74 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Megaladon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Break On Throoooyeah. Savinov has chosen HonestKey- Point A as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Alexev Savinov!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Megaladon takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Alexev Savinov has been cut.
Megaladon drops Savinov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Savinov looks back up at him and smiles so Megaladon waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Savinov is rocked!

Megaladon rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Savinov finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.

Megaladon feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Savinov sprawling to the canvas! Savinov rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Megaladon finish him?!

Savinov takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Savinov takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Savinov has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Megaladon.

Megaladon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Savinov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Savinov lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Jeez, Yoni Megaladon's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Megaladon uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Savinov has time to react.
Savinov drops his hands for a split second and Megaladon immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Savinov face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Megaladon follows up with a right hand that knocks Savinov into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Our winner, Yoni Megaladon, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
