Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zavian Barkley (ranked 590 p4p, 1079 weight class) and Danny Chase (ranked 78 p4p, 137 weight class). Chase has chosen Ambitionz Az a Ridah as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Zavian Barkley has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Zavian Barkley seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zavian Barkley!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Danny Chase!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Chase finds it's way through Barkley's defenses.
Chase thuds his right hand into Barkley's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The fighters circling - Chase throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Chase throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Barkley takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Barkley definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Chase connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Barkley momentarily.
Chase misses with a looping right.
A lazy left from Chase finds it's target.
Chase throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Barkley moves out of range of the strikes.
Chase misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Chase lands with a slapping head kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Barkley throws a jab but it's blocked by Chase.
Danny Chase seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barkley getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Danny Chase has been cut.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Barkley crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Chase - the referee stops the clock and Barkley gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Chase. Barkley manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Chase doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Barkley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Chase throws a hook but Barkley blocks it.

Barkley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Barkley takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Chase throws a head kick that misses.
Chase throws a lazy head kick
and Barkley counters with a slapping leg kick.
Chase swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Barkley uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chase.
Barkley appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Barkley jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Chase looks to land a right hand but Barkley moved out of range.
Chase throws an overhand right that lands on Barkley's shoulder, as Barkley tries to avoid the shot.
Chase blocks a head kick by Barkley.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Chase! But no joy.
Barkley turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Chase throws a jab but it's blocked by Barkley.
Chase throws a sloppy head kick and Barkley moves out of range easily.
Chase scores with a kick to the body.

Barkley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Barkley moves out of range of the strikes.
Chase fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Zavian Barkley is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Chase slips a jab and a cross from Barkley.
Chase shoots in and drives through. Barkley sprawls well.
Zavian Barkley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Danny Chase.

Chase uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Barkley.

Barkley throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Chase moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Chase dives in for a single leg takedown but Barkley sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Barkley throws a quick counter head kick but Chase was just out of range.
Barkley blocks a head kick by Chase.
Barkley is looking to counter with head kicks.
Barkley takes one on the button.
Barkley tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Barkley counters with a huge head kick that drops Chase! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
