Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jameel Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pederson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Johnson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That kick from Johnson tenderised Pederson's leg. Pederson is trying to keep his angry face on.

Pederson shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Johnson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Pederson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Johnson finds it's way round the side to connect with Pederson's head.

Pederson thuds his right hand into Johnson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Pederson shoots in but no luck this time.
Johnson misses with a looping right.
Pederson moves away from the strike by Johnson.
Pederson attempts a counter takedown but Johnson avoids it well and moves away.
Pederson missing with a left hand there. Johnson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Johnson stalks Pederson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pederson's face. Pederson staggers backwards, shaken.
Pederson moves out of range as Johnson strikes.

Pederson scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Pederson just misses with a punch to the body.
Pederson lands with an uppercut that bounces Johnson off the cage and back into range.
Pederson slips a jab from Johnson.
Pederson throws a hook but Johnson avoids it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.

Johnson lands with a right and another and another! Pederson is in big trouble! Johnson lands again and this time it's lights out for Pederson! A quality knockout there for Johnson.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jameel Johnson!
A very excited looking Jameel Johnson rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
