Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Zap Pushkin (ranked 1064 p4p, 1636 weight class) and Willy McCoy (ranked 138 p4p, 195 weight class). McCoy has chosen You Don't Mess Around With Jim as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Willy McCoy enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zap Pushkin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Willy McCoy!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Pushkin doesn't manage to clinch there - McCoy circles away.
Pushkin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling McCoy to score with a decent uppercut.
McCoy walks into a straight right hand from Pushkin.

and Pushkin counters with a nice low kick that buckles McCoy's knee momentarily.
McCoy takes a swing at Pushkin's ribcage but misses.

That kick from Pushkin tenderised McCoy's leg. McCoy is trying to keep his angry face on.
Pushkin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Pushkin ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

It looked like Pushkin wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

McCoy tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

Willy McCoy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Pushkin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McCoy.
McCoy throws a right and a left that both miss.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McCoy looks to score with a jab to the body but Pushkin is just out of range.

McCoy seems to have recovered his senses.

and Pushkin counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! McCoy has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

A relieved looking Zap Pushkin thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
