And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Noe Berger!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berger throws an off balance right hand
and Pain counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Berger thinking.
A shot to the body from Berger misses
and Pain counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Berger throws a lazy uppercut
letting Pain counter with a right hand.
Berger misses with a few strikes there.
A little feinted left hand from Pain on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Berger misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Pain.
Pain connects with a looping right hand.
A combination from Berger does no damage.
Pain feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Berger crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Thomas Pain!
A relieved looking Thomas Pain thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
