The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sakuraba.
Sakuraba with a poor takedown
and Jella Daddalena counters with a series of strikes. Sakuraba will be more careful next time no doubt.
Jella Daddalena shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Sakuraba eats them both and turns towards Jella Daddalena to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
A jab from Jella Daddalena finds it's way through Sakuraba's defenses.
Jella Daddalena lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Jella Daddalena slaps away a takedown attempt from Sakuraba, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Msck Jella Daddalena has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yoshizo Sakuraba.

Sakuraba takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Jella Daddalena moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Sakuraba! Jella Daddalena continues to tee off on Sakuraba, landing with a left and a right! Jella Daddalena connects with a right hand that leaves Sakuraba sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Jella Daddalena!
