Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theodore Rothschild (ranked 21030 p4p, 2397 weight class) and Maximus Furioto (ranked 185 p4p, 88 weight class). Furioto is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: 韻踏合組合 -. Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slow jab from Rothschild misses its intended target.
Furioto drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Rothschild defends it well.
Rothschild throws a hook to the side of Furioto's head but Furioto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rothschild looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Furioto bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Furioto in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Rothschild is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
