Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 25 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zakir Jumayev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Musashi Miyamoto!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miyamoto staying out of range there.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Jumayev moves out of range as Miyamoto strikes.
Miyamoto throws out a loose jab but Jumayev uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jumayev uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Miyamoto.
Miyamoto moves out of range as Jumayev strikes.
Jumayev misses with a series of wild punches.
A little jabbing left from Miyamoto on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jumayev bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
It looks like Musashi Miyamoto has been cut.
Jumayev throws a hook to the side of Miyamoto's head but Miyamoto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jumayev checks a leg kick.
Jumayev loads up on a big right hand but Miyamoto slips the punch.
Jumayev bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Miyamoto looks winded!
Jumayev feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Miyamoto sprawling to the canvas! Miyamoto rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jumayev finish him?!
Miyamoto is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Jumayev shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Miyamoto takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Jumayev sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Miyamoto bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Zakir Jumayev!
Zakir Jumayev bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
