Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steven Chen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Theo Zervas!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chen scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Decent striking displayed by Chen there.
Chen throws a low kick but Zervas moves out of range easily.
Chen feints a jab promting Zervas to slip. Chen then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Zervas slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
It looks like Theo Zervas has been cut.
Chen scores with a body shot.
Chen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zervas on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Zervas shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chen pinned against the cage. Chen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Chen scores with a sloppy right hand. Zervas should have avoided that one.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A big left from Chen misses.
Steven Chen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chen dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Chen lands with a nice body punch.
Zervas looks winded!
Chen jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Chen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Zervas is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Chen blocking some punches.
Chen slowing the pace effectively.
Chen lands a left hand that snaps the head of Zervas backwards.
Chen lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Chen taking a breather.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Chen takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Chen seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Zervas tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zervas goes for a takedown in the clinch but Chen prevents it.
Zervas is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Chen gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Steven Chen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Theo Zervas.
Chen has Zervas pressed against the cage.
Zervas tries to work over Chen's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Chen lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Zervas backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Chen gets through Zervas's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Chen working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Zervas wants a takedown.
Chen digs a right hand into Zervas's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Zervas's gas tank.

Zervas is rocked!
Chen lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Zervas backwards.
Zervas is still on wobbly legs! Can Chen finish him?
Chen unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Zervas! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Chen is unloading with more strikes now! Zervas drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
