Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wala Sapi (ranked 23407 p4p, 23454 weight class) and Minatay Mibangon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wala Sapi had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 72 - 64 - 16, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wala Sapi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 55 - 77 - 19, fighting out of Las Vegas, Minatay Mibangon! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Mibangon misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mibangon gets caught flat footed, as Sapi shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mibangon pulls Sapi in close to prevent any damage. Sapi stopping the sweep attempt from Mibangon.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sapi is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Sapi seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Mibangon for as long as he can get away with. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Mibangon is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
 The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Sapi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Mibangon did well to prevent Sapi getting side control.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi controlling the pace. Mibangon has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sapi is working away from the top position though. Sapi takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Mibangon is controlling Sapi's position as best he can from this difficult position.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Sapi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Mibangon defends it nicely. Mibangon counters with a body kick. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Wala Sapi dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

 That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sapi is concentrating on defense, preventing Mibangon from advancing position.
 The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sapi closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mibangon's guard. Mibangon controls Sapi momentarily but Sapi frees himself. Sapi slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sapi wants to pass the guard but Mibangon is keeping the position. Mibangon controlling Sapi's posture. Sapi stopping the sweep attempt from Mibangon.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Mibangon pulls Sapi in to control the position. Sapi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
 The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Mibangon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Sapi with a lazy takedown attempt and Mibangon counters with a nice body kick.
Sapi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sapi shoots in for a double leg but Mibangon sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Mibangon is trying to counter with his kicks. Mibangon shoots in but no luck this time. Sapi shoots in looking for a takedown but Mibangon manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Sapi's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Mibangon looks for a takedown but Sapi sprawls well. Sapi quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Sapi shoots in for a takedown but Mibangon shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wala Sapi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mibangon shoots in looking for a takedown. Sapi tries to sprawl out of it but Mibangon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sapi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sapi quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sapi. Sapi displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mibangon.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. No luck with that takedown attempt from Sapi. Mibangon shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sapi fails with the takedown. Mibangon counters with a body kick.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mibangon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sapi moves away. Sapi is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Mibangon can do to turn this around? Mibangon shoots in and drives through. Sapi sprawls well.
Sapi closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Sapi lands in his opponent's guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Mibangon has control of Sapi's left arm, preventing Sapi from doing any damage. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sapi controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Minatay Mibangon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Wala Sapi is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
And that's the end of the fight! Wala Sapi showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sapi has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
