Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Percy O'Donnell and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John leaves Wood with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
John takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts John, as that shot connected.
John uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
A nice combination there by John.
John throws a right and a left that Wood avoids nicely.
Wood tries to counter with a takedown but John is quick to defend against it.
John bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wood manages to work his way to half guard, despite John's best efforts.

John wants to control from the top but Wood keeps moving.
Wood has his feet on John's thighs here. He's pushed John off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! John screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
