Rothschild tries to counter with a clinch but Fedorov shakes him off and moves away.

and Fedorov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Fedorov connects with a right hand. Rothschild shakes it off.
The cut above Theodore Rothschild's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Rothschild has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

The fighters circle, before Fedorov throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Rothschild's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Fedorov lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Nathan Fedorov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
