Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eugene Park (ranked 4072 p4p, 4116 weight class) and Harvey Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Park kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is LOST IN THE ECHO - Linkin Park. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Eugene Park! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Harvey Rogers! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rogers goes for a double leg but Park avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Park continues to drive forward.
Park gets tackled into the cage by Rogers. Rogers maintains the clinch.
Park gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Park is looking to advance position but Rogers won't allow it. Park seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Rogers is looking to improve his position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Park is controlling the pace.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Park has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Rogers moves into full guard.
Park slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Rogers controls Park momentarily but Park frees himself. Park seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Park working some strikes from top position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Park advances to half guard. Park stalling. Rogers won't allow Park to pass to mount.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Park performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
 The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Nice sprawl there from Park as Rogers shoots in. Rogers fails to land the takedown. Eugene Park has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harvey Rogers. Rogers shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
so Park counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Park engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Park pushes down on Rogers's leg and manages to get into half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Well, if Park is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.
Rogers wants to get back to full guard. Park sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Park is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Rogers has managed to free his arm - good work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Park is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Park controlling from mount. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Eugene Park dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Park leaves Rogers with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Park appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Eugene Park has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harvey Rogers. Rogers is breathing heavily. Rogers shoots for a takedown but Park saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Harvey Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rogers tries to close the distance and clinch but Park swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Park tries to counter with a takedown but Rogers is quick to defend against it. Rogers looks to score with a jab to the body but Park is just out of range. Rogers swings away with a body shot that misses
and Park counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Park is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Rogers looking for a guillotine here but Park defends easily.
Park passes Rogers's left leg - he's now in half guard.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Rogers is in trouble now - Park has advanced to mount! Park controlling from the full mount.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Park scoring with strikes but Rogers is staying in there. Park controlling the position easily from mount. Park with the ground and pound from mount. Park controlling from mount. Rogers working to try and regain half guard.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Park takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Rogers tries to hold on but Park pushes him away. Rogers has given up his back.
Park controls the action.
Park is cranking Rogers's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Rogers! He's tightened the choke and Rogers is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eugene Park! In his post fight interview, Eugene Park started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
