Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Deacon Bright (ranked 2552 p4p, 4115 weight class) and Mike Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bruce Springsteen - Born in the U.S.A.. Deacon Bright has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mike Walker!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker lands with a straight right. Bright didn't see that one coming.
Bright takes one on the button.
Bright takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Bright tries to close the distance and clinch but Walker swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bright on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Bright tries to clinch but Walker moves out of range.
Walker's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Walker duly obliges.
Bright has Walker up against the cage in a clinch.
Walker is trying to break the clinch but Bright has him pressed against the cage.
Bright has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Walker uses from the top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bright looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bright is working an open guard so Walker takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Nice cross by Walker.

Walker feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Brights jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Walker lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Walker is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Bright is rocked!
Walker sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Bright's defenses. It connects perfectly with Bright's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Mike Walker!
Mike Walker spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
