Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Noah McGuire! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ash Stevenson! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Jonathan Paton and Dean Styles.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGuire looking for a takedown here - he's got it. McGuire with a flurry of punches that miss. Stevenson keeping moving, preventing McGuire from controlling successfully. McGuire has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McGuire has gone for a leg lock! Stevenson slips out almost immediately though and dives into McGuire's guard.
Stevenson wants to control from the top but McGuire keeps moving.
McGuire is looking for a triangle but Stevenson pushes his legs off easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stevenson throws an elbow that misses. McGuire uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stevenson's guard. Nice move by McGuire!
McGuire stays in close to Stevenson's body and controls the position. McGuire looking to sit in guard and control but Stevenson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

 That's one minute gone in the round. Stevenson wants to control from the top but McGuire keeps moving. Stevenson is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
McGuire working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Stevenson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Stevenson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Stevenson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Stevenson taps out! Nice BJJ there by McGuire!
