Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between William Lebouthillier (ranked 4120 p4p, 4122 weight class) and Jackson Fuller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, William Lebouthillier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jackson Fuller!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Ian Loll.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lebouthillier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fuller circles away.
Lebouthillier darts in looking for a takedown but Fuller gets double underhooks and turns Lebouthillier into the cage.

Lebouthillier pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Fuller throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Lebouthillier counters into the clinch. Nicely done.

Fuller is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Lebouthillier is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Fuller has Lebouthillier pressed against the cage, preventing Lebouthillier from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Fuller changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Lebouthillier fights it off and pushes away nicely.

That was a close round but I would say that William Lebouthillier will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Fuller has hold of one of Lebouthillier's legs. Lebouthillier is fighting the takedown attempt but Fuller gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lebouthillier isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Fuller stacks Lebouthillier on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Fuller!

Fuller remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Let's hope that Fuller has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Lebouthillier tries to reverse the position but Fuller maintains control.

Fuller has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Lebouthillier is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

What can Lebouthillier do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Jackson Fuller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Fuller will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lebouthillier is looking to get back to his feet here but Fuller is keeping cool and he's managed to take Lebouthillier's back.

I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
