The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Orozco shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Kruth's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kruth keeping full guard, as Orozco tries to pass. Orozco controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

 That's thirteen minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Kruth's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Orozco wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kruth keeps working.
