Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Giovanni Lorenzo (ranked 4301 p4p, 4300 weight class) and Viktor Dragunov (ranked 0 p4p, 370 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Viktor Dragunov!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lorenzo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dragunov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lorenzo gets a takedown into half guard.
Dragunov manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Dragunov fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Lorenzo to the ground. Dragunov is now in Lorenzo's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The fighters are working up against the cage. Lorenzo manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Lorenzo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dragunov gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Lorenzo is sitting in close to Dragunov's body. Dragunov has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Lorenzo is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Lorenzo is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Dragunov.
