Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leo Stephenson (ranked 4332 p4p, 24104 weight class) and Seung Joon (ranked 324 p4p, 378 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Leo Stephenson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Seung Joon!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stephenson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Joon.
Stephenson looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Joon lands with an overhand left.
Stephenson lands with a shot to the body.
Stephenson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Stephenson on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Joon, as that shot connected.
It looks like Leo Stephenson has been cut.
Joon throws a good cross that connects.
Stephenson is rocked!
Joon fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Stephenson to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Stephenson looks to clinch but Joon throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Stephenson taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Seung Joon!
After winning the bout, Seung Joon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
