Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nakagome Kakuzo (ranked 861 p4p, 760 weight class) and Rubber Turtle (ranked 112 p4p, 95 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Nakagome Kakuzo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Rubber Turtle!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kakuzo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Turtle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kakuzo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Turtle has managed to get both his arms back between Kakuzo's legs - danger averted.

Nakagome Kakuzo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kakuzo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Turtle - the referee stops the clock and Kakuzo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Turtle. Kakuzo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

That was a close second round but I would say that Nakagome Kakuzo will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Nakagome Kakuzo.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kakuzo, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
