Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Justus Lee (ranked 4231 p4p, 4047 weight class) and Horace Tomiyasu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Justus Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Horace Tomiyasu!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tomiyasu has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lee lands a high kick!
Lee with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lee throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Tomiyasu tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Lee paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Lee chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Lee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Tomiyasu shoots in and bounces Lee off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Tomiyasu is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Tomiyasu trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tomiyasu drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tomiyasu jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Tomiyasu on the ground.
Tomiyasu is pushing down on Lee's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lee is fighting to maintain full guard but Tomiyasu has managed to sneak the leg through.
Tomiyasu looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lee with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Tomiyasu lands with a punch from half guard.
Lee is not content to let Tomiyasu control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lee is defending against the submission attempts here by Tomiyasu.
Lee controlling the position for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tomiyasu gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
A nice leg kick lands there from Lee.
Lee throws a head kick that misses.
Tomiyasu shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Lee manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Lee is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tomiyasu jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Tomiyasu gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A head kick misses from Lee.
Tomiyasu tries to counter by closing the distance.
Lee takes a swing at Tomiyasu's ribcage but misses.
Tomiyasu wants to counter the offense by Lee and move into the clinch position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lee throws a powerful right kick. Tomiyasu tried to block low but the kick was high! Tomiyasu was taken right off of his feet! Lee jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Justus Lee!
