Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Viktor Kuznetsov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Danny Benton!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuznetsov stalks Benton and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Benton's face. Benton staggers backwards, shaken.
Benton misses the shot to the body.
Kuznetsov shoots in but Benton avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Benton misses with a body shot.
Benton lands a glancing blow to the side of Kuznetsov's head.
Kuznetsov swinging wildly here.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Benton! But no joy.
Nice takedown defense from Benton. No joy for Kuznetsov on that attempt.
Benton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kuznetsov appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Kuznetsov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kuznetsov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Benton swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kuznetsov avoids the body shot from Benton.
Kuznetsov attempts a counter takedown but Benton avoids it well and moves away.
Benton throws a hook to the side of Kuznetsov's head but Kuznetsov sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kuznetsov darts in looking for a takedown but Benton gets double underhooks and turns Kuznetsov into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Viktor Kuznetsov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kuznetsov has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Benton after a bit of a struggle.
Kuznetsov drops down looking for an ankle pick but Benton pulls his leg out and moves away.
Benton looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Benton misses with a body shot.
Kuznetsov attempts a counter takedown but Benton avoids it well and moves away.

Kuznetsov throws a series of punches but Benton moves out of range.
Kuznetsov shoots in for a takedown but Benton shows good takedown defense.
A telegraphed right hand from Benton misses the target.
Kuznetsov is looking for a counter combo.
Kuznetsov gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Benton points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Kuznetsov wakes up just in time to hear Benton thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
