Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Flay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Dragonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flay's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Iron Chef. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragonov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dragonov throws a head kick but Flay moves out of range.
Flay moves out of range of the body kick.
Dragonov tries to close the distance and clinch up but Flay swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dragonov wants to clinch.
Flay keeps the fight on the outside.
Flay fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Flay lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Flay lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
It looks like Sergei Dragonov has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Flay looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Flay has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Dragonov defend it? Flay steps over the head and cranks it - Dragonov is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Flay!
