Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Carlitos Sy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Keller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sy comes to the cage accompanied by the power. Carlos Keller has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keller shoots in but Sy avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sy forces Keller back against the cage and clinches.
Sy avoiding damage.
Sy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Keller is trying to defend but Sy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Sy not doing much here.
Keller is pressing down on Sy's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Sy wants to control from the top but Keller keeps moving.

Sy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Keller working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Keller had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sy is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Keller Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sy's back instead.
Sy is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Keller gets his way!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Keller keeps control of the position as Sy tries to break free.
Keller has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Sy has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Keller is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Sy is defending well though. Keller let's go of the attempt for now.
Keller seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Sy's chin but Sy turns very nicely into Keller's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Sy.

Keller is looking for a triangle here but Sy uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Sy's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Sy duly obliges.
Sy tries a head kick but it misses.
Keller has his takedown stuffed
and Sy counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Sy.
Sy misses with a knee strike.
Sy is pushing Keller up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Keller tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sy just stands there and leans against the cage.
A nice right hand lands inside from Sy.
Sy manages to break the clinch.
Sy shoots in for a takedown but Keller shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Keller blocks a head kick by Sy.
Sy misses with a few strikes there.

Sy shoots in but Keller avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Keller shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sy pinned against the cage. Sy gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Carlitos Sy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Keller.

and Sy counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sy.
Sy has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Oh but Keller is tightening it up a little... Sy has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Sy reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Sy taps out! nice BJJ there by Keller!
