Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Bahman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Beam comes into the arena with The Gambler blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ken Bahman! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bahman feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Beam keeping moving, preventing Bahman from controlling successfully. Beam avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Beam is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Bahman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Beam looking for a sweep. Not yet Beam, not yet. Bahman has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Beam is proving hard to escape from. Bahman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. That's two minutes gone in the round. Bahman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Beam will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. That's three minutes gone in the round. Beam had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Bahman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Beam Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Bahman's back instead. Bahman tries to escape the position.
Beam is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Bahman has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here. Bahman is trying to stand back up.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bahman staying busy and making it hard for Beam to control. Beam working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Bahman is doing well to defend. Beam seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Bahman is forced to tap and this one is over!
