2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Assuerio Sanderson! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Knockout misses with a double jab.
Knockout is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Knockout lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Knockout has a takedown stuffed. Knockout shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Knockout looks for a takedown but Sanderson sprawls well. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sanderson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Sanderson is positioning himself well to prevent Knockout advancing to mount. Knockout slips a nice elbow through Sanderson's hands, connecting with Sanderson's forehead. Knockout is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Sanderson! Knockout is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Knockout clinches up against the cage. Sanderson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A close round but Assuerio Sanderson will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Sanderson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Knockout, pushing him back against the cage. Knockout keeps control of Sanderson as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sanderson wants to break free but Knockout has control.
Knockout lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Sanderson or not. Knockout working aggressively here.
Knockout wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. The referee calls for Sanderson to work.

Assuerio Sanderson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Knockout has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Sanderson is proving hard to escape from. Sanderson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Sanderson is trying to keep Knockout in close.

Knockout works his foot free and advances to mount. Knockout takes Sanderson's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Sanderson is in trouble. Sanderson trying to control but not successfully. Knockout has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Sanderson has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
