Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Julian Biello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jahova Witness (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Julian Biello has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Julian Biello seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jahova Witness! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Biello throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Witness was covering up waiting for the punch and Biello finishes the takedown easily into guard. Biello tries to free his leg and advance position but Witness is retaining full guard. Witness has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Biello can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Biello drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Witness manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Biello has Witness in his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Biello is squirming around, avoiding Witness's attempts to control the action. Witness trying to control but he's not successful this time. Witness landing punches. Witness lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Biello is looking to improve his position but Witness isn't that keen on the idea. Witness seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Biello does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Biello is looking to regain full guard. Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Witness connects with a nice looking jab.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Witness feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Biello is breathing heavily. Witness scores with a takedown into Biello's guard. Witness is sitting in close to Biello's body. Biello has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Witness is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Witness is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Biello.
