Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien Stones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacky Blue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stones's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, T2 Theme by Austrian Death Machine. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Damien Stones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jacky Blue! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stones misses with a low kick.
Blue checks a leg kick nicely. The fight stays on the outside here - Blue looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A chopping leg kick lands by Blue. Blue throws a leg kick which misses Stones's front leg but catches the back leg as Stones tries to avoid it. Stones swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Blue is looking to clinch. Jacky Blue seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blue fails in his attempt to clinch. Blue tries to clinch up but Stones circles away and keeps his distance. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Blue.
Blue throws a head kick that misses. An inside leg kick from Blue misses. Stones just misses with a punch to the body.

Stones stuns Blue with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Blue moves into the clinch. A short uppercut from Stones. Blue trying to land knees to the body.

Stones lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Blue is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Blue tries to stall but Stones uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Stones is looking to control Blue's arms but Blue gets an underhook and turns him. Now Stones has his back to the ropes. Blue tries a knee to the head but Stones blocks it.
Nice body punch from Stones - that landed with a thud.

Stones lands a hook to the side of the head. Stones lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Blue backwards. Blue misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Stones.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Blue takes a shot to the head. Stones pushes Blue back against the ropes and unloads with a body punch. Stones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Stones works the jab nicely. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Stones throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stones lands a jab. Stones cracks Blue with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Stones has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Blue to stand back up!
Blue is rocked! Stones throws the left hand but Blue avoids the punch easily. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Stones, as that shot connected.
Stones thows a leg kick but Blue checks it and Blue counters with a lovely straight right hand! Nice shot by Stones. Stones misses with a double jab.
Stones connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Blue momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blue showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stones.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Blue checks a leg kick. Stones drops Blue with a nice combination! Stones dives into Blue's guard, looking to finish!
Blue is still in real trouble! Can Stones finish him? Stones forces his way into half guard. Blue keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Blue seems to have recovered his senses. Blue keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Blue trying to hold on to Stones's head to control him but Stones postures up.
Stones is working for a submission of some sort.
Blue really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Stones. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Stones looks to score some points with some ground and pound. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stones winds up and cracks Blue with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Stones trying to mount his opponent but Blue defends it. Stones missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Stones prevents Blue from improving his position. Blue on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stones throwing shots but Blue is blocking nicely. It looks like Stones is going to stand back up.
Stones lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Damien Stones dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Blue tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Stones cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Good exchange - Stones coming out on top. Stones moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Blue bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Stones obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Stones keeps the fight on the outside. Blue tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Stones paws at him with a jab and circles away. Blue moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Stones avoids the head kick by Blue.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stones throws a leg kick that is checked and Blue counters with a good low kick that Stones was not able to check. Blue tries to clinch up but Stones circles away and keeps his distance. Blue tries to clinch but fails miserably and Stones counters with a left and a right that stings Blue. Blue is looking to clinch. Stones lands a head shot. Stones will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Blue doesn't manage to clinch there - Stones circles away.
Stones looks to land a combination. Blue sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Stones takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Blue feints and then cracks Stones's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stones down. Stones scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Blue doesn't seem bothered though.

Jacky Blue has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Stones takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Damien Stones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Stones lands with a nice combination. Blue backs away looking to recover. Stones throws out a powerful jab. Stones is looking to slow Blue down with leg kicks. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stones blocks a low kick nicely. Stones scores with a nice head shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Damien Stones showed his dominance in that final round. Well Stones has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
