Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Juan Takashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Click Clack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Clack comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Deja Vu (Uptown Anthem) - Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Juan Takashi! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Click Clack! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clack avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Takashi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Takashi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Clack moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Juan Takashi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Takashi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Clack slips under a jab. Takashi fails in his attempt to clinch. Clack throws a left that rocks Takashi and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Clack dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Takashi regain composure!
Takashi is rocked! Clack wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Takashi, who protects the arm well. Oh Takashi is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Clack trying to control the action but Takashi is working from the bottom. Clack is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Takashi knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Clack is looking to take a break and control but Takashi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Clack tries to move to mount but Takashi blocks the move with his legs.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Clack in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Clack shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Takashi as he jumps to the side. Takashi throws a combination that misses and Clack counters with a shoot takedown. Takashi fights it but they end up in guard. Takashi is looking to stand up but Clack isn't so interested in that idea. Clack trying to control the position from guard on top but Takashi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Clack is stalling in the full guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Click Clack dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Nice sprawl there from Takashi as Clack shoots in. Takashi misses with a head kick.
Takashi looks to land a right hand but Clack moved out of range. Clack checks a leg kick. Takashi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Clack shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Takashi wants to try and get back to his feet. Clack goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Takashi is on top in guard.
Clack is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Clack has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Takashi can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Clack looking for a sweep. Not yet Clack, not yet. Clack had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Takashi is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Clack Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Takashi's back instead. Clack throwing sloppy strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Takashi holding both Clack 's hands and preventing any damage. Takashi is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Clack gets his way!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Clack misses with a punch to the head. Clack is looking for a rear naked choke here but Takashi reverses the position brilliantly into Clack's guard!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Takashi wanted to stand there but Clack had control of the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Clack working a defensive guard here.

Click Clack showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clack wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Takashi, who protects the arm well. Clack tries to score with some ground and pound. Takashi controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Sloppy strikes there by Clack.

Clack wants to finish this one by submission but Takashi is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Clack. That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Clack has hold of Takashi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Takashi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Clack misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Poor strikes thrown by Clack there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Clack is going olschool here, as he tries to force Takashi to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Takashi shrugs it off.

Clack is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Takashi is surviving well by controlling Clack's body position as best he can. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Clack drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Takashi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Clack has Takashi in his guard. Clack working a defensive guard but Takashi passes into half guard.

Clack lands a jab-cross combination. Clack changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Takashi tries to avoid it but Clack manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Takashi to the ground. Takashi escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Juan Takashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Click Clack. Takashi displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Takashi throws and low kick but Clack moves out of range easily. Clack shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Clack working for a guillotine from mount but Takashi is in no mood to give up. Clack has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Takashi's face.
Clack is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Takashi has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Click Clack dominated that fourth round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.
Clack throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Takashi's waist but Takashi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Clack off to one side. Takashi lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Clack backs up against the cage.

Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - an gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.

Clack closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Takashi did well to prevent Clack getting side control. Clack thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Takashi's head. Clack controlling the action here.
And that's the end of the fight! Click Clack comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Clack has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
