Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and .
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
reyes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Nino shoots in and bounces reyes off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Nino working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of reyes's head.
reyes looking for a sweep. Not yet reyes, not yet.
reyes is working hard here to advance position.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nino is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Let's hope that Nino has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

and reyes counters with a series of strikes. Nino will be more careful next time no doubt.
El Nino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Despite being in the dominant position, El Nino just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

reyes is refusing to be controlled, as Nino sits in half guard.
Nino decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.

Nino closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. reyes did well to prevent Nino getting side control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Nino in particular looking to stall.
reyes wants to control but Nino is keeping busy.

Nino stands up and beckons reyes to join him on the feet.

El Nino comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
